Yeah I was torn on the frequency of updating it. Tbh if you just did it once a day I doubt you are going to see a huuuge difference so if that’s what someone wants to go with I don’t have massive concerns (better that than nothing!).

On your second point I’m not sure I follow (could well be baby brain!). The SLE, as the Kanban Guide/ProKanban content defines it, is usually the 85th percentile (https://prokanban.org/blog/the-benefits-of-defining-your-service-level-expectation/).
