Yes it’s exactly that, all of those OKRs in that example really are focused on output (i.e. the impact of having “committed outcomes” for ways of working, the example below that is what we want to try work towards, tangible ways we can measure if our new ways of working is leading to better outcomes (happier people, better transparency, improve quality, faster time to market, etc.)
